What's Wrong?

I have 2 questions. First, every time I look at Daz website on my phone, I get an annoying cookie pop up. Is there a way to stop this? Secondly, I've had a lot more problems with poke through lately. Has anyone else noticed it?

Seems impossible to get rid of constant cookie popups on iOS.
As for poke-through, you need to give a lot more information - it's an assumption that you are even talking about Daz Studio.
Yes, same issue on my side. Go to Settings, search you Browser app., e.g. Safari or Google, in Advance settings, there's a Site Data, clear the site data of Daz3d.com. Then when browsing daz3d.com, accept Cookies once. It'll be fine.
As for poke-thru issues, better name the products...
Do the clothes or character use displacement, or does the character have HD. These can cause pokethrough, and you don't see it in the iray preview, only the final render.
Even if you tweaked Resolution Level and Render SubD level with both character and garments, the poke-thru might be still there ~~ If so, a trick you may try to prevent stubborn poke-thru:
Add a geo-shell to the character, hide it. Add a Smoothing Modifier to the garment, set its Collision Item to the geo-shell. Increase Smoothing Iterations value as needed as well as finetune Offset Distance on the geo-shell ...
This way can prevent 99%+ poke-thru issues.
Another solution is to render the full character with HD off, then switch HD on and spot render the parts of the figure not covered by the clothing, eg face/hands etc
Most clothing items come with an "expand all" morph in the shaping tab or parameters tab. Just sliding this morph up a notch can give it just enough room to clear any unexpected collision - this can be a help with HD characters that might otherwise cause issues.
My favorite way to deal with poke-through is: Edit- object- geometry- add push modifier. I dial down the push modifier to .20, then incrementally until it looks good or poke-through reappears.
On iOS they have stricter privacy rules and data collection rules so cookies are a big problem although compliant cookies with their policies will work.
Strictly, they do appear in preview but they use the display division level - which is usually 1 - rather than the render level - 3+ - so the effect is not the same.
