Having Loads of trouble Reinstalling my data

I have set Daz Studio up on Windows Server 2022 and have loads of trouble. In Install manager, there are 159 characterizations which will not install ( I have attached the log and a screenshot of the install manager interface). Also, in Studio itself, I have installed the updates, but the icons still show the upgrade arrow. (I have attached a snapshot of that). I have beena studio user for over 10 years and installed it on many different computers with different versions of Windows andhave neverexperienced these problems before..Anyonehave any ideas?? By the way, I am running DAZ Studio Premier.

    Why are you installing through DIM and Daz Studio? That just gives you two copies of each file - and the one installed through Daz Studio will take precedence, even if it is damaged (which the persistent update icon probably indicates).

    It would be better to attach yopur log file itself, or attach a screenshot - PDF files can be vectors for malware and should not, as a courtesy to those trying to help you, be used unless that is unavoidable. It does appear that it it is mostly files in the readme's folder that are at issue, plus some Bryce files when you don't have Bryce installed.

    Well, what I haven't ever understood that in the past and still now, I have installed with DIM and then going into studio many of these supposedly installed items show up needing to be installed. Why is that? So what is the best way to install items? DIM orStudio??

    They do have different pros and cons but either way you should pick one and only use the other for very, very few things.

    If you pick DIM as your main method then ONLY use Daz Connect (installing within Daz Studio) to install the Premier exclusive content and to activate the Premier plugins.

    If you pick Daz Connect as your main method then ONLY use DIM for installing/updating Applications and Plugins.

    Can you find and load the content in the Content Library pane under Daz Studio formats?

    I believe so. I don't know what I am looking for///

    I reinstall everything on a windows ten pc through only DIM. In stdio I still have all the arrows in my smart content. I don't know if it is all correct or not. DAZ Studio is so confusing to install..
