Model files not being found

I want to ask if someone can help me with this. After fixing the SQL CMS issue, I still continue to have issues in loading a model that use to show up without difficulties. I'm not sure what the problem is and I've downloaded this model several times in case the file was corrupted but to not vail. I've run into this issue with several other files I've gotten from renderhub that use to work perfectly with DAZ Studio.

I must say, it looks like your content library is somewhat messy.

Try to go to your log Help > Troubleshooting > View Log, and find the relevent part for the missing file and copy it to a text document and attach in a post. Or attach the full log.

Also try to make a screenshot of your Daz Studio format content libraries Edit > Preferences > Content > Content Directory Manager, with Daz Studio format expanded.

You've extracted the product files to the wrong folder...with a wrong way.  You can see the data folder of Elise appears as a "user-facing folder" in your Content Library... which is wrong. (ss1). It should be like (ss2).

You should extract the content folders with the structure of "data, People, Runtime..." in a product package to the root directory of your Daz Library where you also can see the folder structure of "data, People, Runtime" ...

Everything in the Content folder should be in the actual content directory - "Content" is a placehoilder for that - so My Daz 3D Library by default. using Install Manager to install will help with this, as long as the content paths are correct.
