Dynamic clothing control missing in 4.9?

The correct version seems to have been installed according to install manager but can only see the basic plugin under installed plugins - what am I meiising?

    If you didn't install the new version of the Control Plug-in, or if you set them to download and install at the same time (so that the Control plug-in was installed first, being smaller) then the Basic plug-in will have overwritten the Control plug-in. This is one of the cases where uninstall and reinstall, of the Control plug-in not DS iteslf, is the fix.
