Blocking Carrara

How do I permanetly block Carrara from down loading. I don't want it and it is taking up space I can use for other things.

Many Thanks

I don't understand the problem.  Can you just uninstall Carrara?  I certainly can in windows 10.

Easiest way is to not download it enlightened

I think they are a DIM user who hasn"t looked into the settings to hide stuff they don't want to download and install

Uninstall it and remove its zip, if you have it (right-click on it in the ready To Instal tab. Then in the ready to Download tab right-click on it and selecty the option to Hide it.

Are you getting the pop-up that offers to install complete packages - Daz Studio and Hexagon, I had forgotten if it includes Carrara. If so uncheck all of them, make sure it isn't set to show automatically (bottom left) and click Accept - that should get rid of it.

Ah, I see that now.  I don't use DIM, so I missed the problem. blush

From the meager description I can only infer that this is not a Carrara issue. But most likely a DIM issue. Hence my request to move this discussion to a more appropriate forum.
