Constant Crashing, can anyone help shed light?

I've never had this problem before, whenever I switch to the Posing/Shaping tab DAZ crashed instantly. This is the error message I get, I've submitted the report but not had any feedback.

I'd be really grateful if someone could tell me what I'm looking at. The Exception given is as follows:

DAZStudio.exe caused ACCESS_VIOLATION in module "E:\Program Files\DAZ 3D\DAZStudio4\QtCore4.dll" at 0033:00000000739D9A20, QMapData::shared_null()

If it's only one tab I wonder if there might be a problem PNG file in the curently open content browser or soemthing like that. Try, from a tab that does work, going to Window>Workspace>Select Layout and reselecting your standard layout, see if that then lets you access the posing activity tab.
