Dforce clothing going through models

Hi I am facing this issue where the clothing on simulation is goinf through the model. I am not sure what could be the reason I reinstalled old nvidia graphic drivers and tried removing and adding dforce again. It is happening with most of my dforce clothing. How do i fix this any suggestions will help?

Odd~ Firstly make sure the clothing is really fitted on the figure. Better name the product so that we may help to check.

    Yes this is the product.   https://www.daz3d.com/lilith-gown?srsltid=AfmBOorR4c9mwpTFaOoKBEYSDuQZF5qqNZX97sHpr6VkL42C16Cictjb ;

This is happening with other clothing too.

I recently try the same clothing with another saved charactrer and seems to work fine but not with the above character mentioned.  I tried various different clothing with the same character and all dforce clothing are behaving the same way. They all are going through the character. How can i fix this character.

I've found no issue on my side... Maybe you can firstly try Restore Simulation Setting Defaults ~~ See if it works.

Yes I also put the default settings and still same issue is coming up. All I can think is there is something wrong with my character. my other clothing is also glitching out with this character. is there any fix to it?

Is the clothing clipping before the simulation starts?

Oh... is there any wearable / accessories on your character ? I see a rigid follow node on her, a belly ring or something ?  You may further try:

    - remove all other wearables / accessories on her, then Simulate
    - load a G8F base figure, just dial or load the shaping preset of your character to the base figure. Load this gown on her and simulate.

    See if if works.

  • Okay i tried the figure with base g8f. It seems to workng well no issues. Is there any way to fix my old figure so i dont need to recreate and adjust every morph again?

As I mentioned above, you save a Shaping Preset (or a Property Preset incl. both shaping and materials...) with your old character. Apply the preset to G8F Base figure, simulate to see if it works.

If the issue persists, refer to this tutorialhttps://youtu.be/mZ1TOAqIzeU?si=L6j7Tm-1k3nuYQs9 to create single dials of head / body morphs. Then try Simulation again.

Why not just use the animated simulation?

    I use it alot.

on the first frame you have your default G8 in a default pose.

On frame 50 is where you set your pose and custom shape.

On the timeline you can set the number of frames you want. It's the very first box on the bottom left called "total".

"current" is the frame it is currently showing you.

I set mine to 100 so I have plenty of frames to run the sim after I get the character into the pose and shape I want.

If hands or feet or whatever pass thru the clothes during the sim you can just go a few frames before that happens and adjust the pose a bit so it doesn't do that on the way to it's final position.

Thank you Crosswind the above image i shared is a body morph and head morph i applied.  But I thaught of maybe get the whole model working again as I have added a lot of morphs on it so I dont have to rework to make the character again. but I have never done morphing on g8 base which seems much better idea. Thank you for it.
