Help looking for a skin/Model

Hi,

This is gona be a shot in the dark but trying to remake my favorite model and having a hard time with finding the Textures for her and if possible a close base model?  I found the hair thankfully.

It is suchh a generic skin with really no moles/blemishes its hard. I feel its a Sase or something like that.
