Daz Studio Installation issue

When downloading Daz Studio 4.23 for Wndows, the install manager does not download and install "Genesis 9 Starter Essentials (2 of 3).  When "retry" it still does not download and install this product.  This is a new installation.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    So it is strating the download, then it fails and you get the Download button change into Retry?

    Yes.  

    I tried several times with "retry"... then came here to the forum.

    After I had posted the question went back and tried again and was successful.
