Hi, i upgraded my pc but i feel like daz is slower than before, when using Nvidia Iray + Spotlight the software become very very slow, the gpu is 100% too but this is normal i guess, but i really don't think this is normal that my gpu is a 100% there my be a setting that makes that problem. Are your render settings set to use both GPU and CPU? If so, try changing to just use GPU with CPU fallback. You can also change settings to limit the number of threads Daz Studio is allowed to use. Keep at least one available for other things so your computer doesn't become completely unresponsive.

  • battle encoder shiraze was suggest in a discussion here and I"ve used it for years since then with win7 and win10...

Hello, yes i lowered this from 24 to 8 to test (idk what it means) and now it doesn't go above 40% cpu and it works good to me, thank you very much

That means how many cores of CPU (logical processors) the engine will use for rendering.  Rendering with "combo devices", i.e. CPU + GPU, usually may just give you 2 ~ 5% time saving while brings you CPU a certain load, let alone you only set it to 8.

If you do nothing with your PC when rendering, you can render with both devices... otherwise, you can just render with GPU.
