Questions about Minotaur Asterion

Hello all,

Can anyone tell me if Minotaur Asterion (https://www.daz3d.com/minotaur-asterion) has any body morphs to bulk him up?  He looks a lil thin in the promos for a Minotaur IMO, and i need bigger sized one but im on an older version of DS and cant use the more recent offerings for a Minotaur. 

Also are there any clothing options for him out there?  I know in his old promos, he was shown bearing his body parts and now he has a loin cloth, but its not mentioned in the description, so i questions if the promo image maybe "shopped" a little.
