Very slow viewport

Hi!

I just downloaded and installed Daz Studio 4.9. I hav been using older versions before and never had any problems like this. But my viewport is very slow. Moving around takes ages, and I even have an empty scene. Changing preferences like display optimization and the like (texture resource, etc) change nothing. It still is very slow. It's almost a little faster when I turn on iray in the viewport. So weird.

I'll add to those that might ask what my hardware is: I've just gotten a new PC. The old one had no such problems. It's also a lot slower; i7 2600K, 16GB RAM, GTX 970 and 660Ti and Daz Studio on a SSD. The new one I have DS 4.9 installed on a M.2 drive, the Samsung 950 Pro 512GB. But I have double the RAM, albeit a Skylake i5 6600K, but OC to 4.0GHz. And even two Titan X's (not in SLI mode). Also using Windows 10.

Am I just being silly and not noticing something obvious in the settings? As I said I never had this problem before. And it's not any overheating, everything is cool and the CPU is hardly being used by the system. I have about 26Gb ram left, too.

I apologize if I missed something I should've known, like maybe it's Win 10 that is the problem, I don't know.

check activity process in task manager (CTRL+Shift+ESC)

check if DAZ process use high processor activity or memory!

be sure you use last video drives,,

    Thank for your answer!

I'm using Geforce 361.91 drivers. And DS 4.9 is using only 385 of ram and goes up to about 25% cpu usage when I zoom in and out as well as moving around. The scene is also empty

Edit: The wonderful world of computers where nothing makes sense; But after I restarted DS 5 times and my PC 3 times, suddenly it runs smooth! Well, that was strange.

    Hello,
Unfortunately I have a similar problem with DAZ 4.9. Viewport responses are slow and the most jam / extremely slow reaction is with the puppeteer. Puppet is de facto unusable for animation. It does not matter whether I animate the Genesis figure, or genesis 2, 3. Unreal. Not usable. I have 3 TITAN Black 6GB (for monitors) and 2x TITAN X graphics, which I primarily use for Octane render.
Thank you for the info. I did not have these problems in old 4.6.

And Cache and TEMP have two separate SSDs (6GBps, PCI-E). Only the ink is installed on the system disk C (WD Raptor 10,000 rpm).
