Stop/Slow Paddle for Construction Workers with corresponding pose(s)?

Do you know of any stop/slow paddle props for construction workers for Genesis figures, and corresponding poses used to hold the paddle?

I have attached an image to illustrate what I am referring to.  These paddles are commonly used in Canada, but I am not sure about the U.S. - especially when many U.S. states use signs depicting figures holding flags or signs that read "Flagger Ahead".

Also, as an add-in to my request, I would like to know if there's a safety vest too.

If you need the handle to be longer, you could probably mod the file directly or create a morph on the handle to stretch out the vertices.

Beside the above I could find any in the shop.

But I would say it is feasable to do.
