characters rotating around a very wide axis

hi,
hope someone can help me with something that i find very annoying and that i run into again and again. sometimes, for some reason (mostly after applying a canned pose i think), when i try to rotate a character on the y axis, it rotates in a very wide circle (so it covers a big distance). hope the explanation is clear, but if not, i attached a file that shows how the crosshairs are removed from the body instead of being immediately below it.
zero figure pose can solve it, but i don't always want to do that. are there other ways?
thank you

The figure has been moved using the hip bone but you are rotating using the figure node. Canned poses should not translate on the hip, bar any y translation needed to keep the feet on the gorund or any offset needed in a group pose, so if it is a Daz product please open a support ticket to report that as a bug. The fix is to zero the hip x and z translations (and possible to rotate using the hip, not the figure, though if the hip has been rotated that can be tricky).
insert the character into a GROUP (create group)
instead the character, rotate the group
most of the time that hapened when you use a pose with "location" it depend how the predefined pose is created.
create group is the easy solution
