"Princess Petra's Twin Tails" cannot be imported via Diffeomorphic. Any solutions?

When converting the Princess Petra Twin Tails using Diffeomorphic, only the pigtails are successfully converted.
As guided in various places, I've done the tessellation sides settings, but only the pigtails are shown.

Please see the attached for more information. It's having issues with UV mappings, and
it seems to be missing shaders too.

I even tried retrieving materials through the Daz to Blender plugin but that didn't work neither.

I don't have that specific hair so can't test. In the product page it looks like there's some hair bands that you will have to separate or remove before conversion.
