4.9 background image not showing

Has anything changed in 4.9 regarding background images? For some reason they are just not showing for me. I've used them before without problem in 4.8 - just load it up into Backdrop under the Environment tab at it shows in the render. But nothing in 4.9. Any ideas anyone?

Do you see the background under the Scene Tab ?

I had a similar problem, may not be your problem, but I used a background, and it was not showing, so I added it again, and again it was not showing . . I gave up on the idea and continued working, it just so happen I went into the scene tab to check something and there was 2 backgrounds, so I clicked on one of them and zoom to it, and  it just wasn't in the same ball park.

 

So if it's in your scene tab it is possible it's just far far away ?

Thanks for the suggestion but it's a background image under Environment, so it shouldn't show up under Scene Tab. It shows in the viewport, but not in the render.
