Tossed Handbags Question

I usually like to alter the material of a handbag.
In this (attachment) 'Tossed Handbags' product...are these 'instances' that cannot be altered with new fabric shaders?
...or can they be, like some other handbag product I own?

I don't have them.
The product description says there is 12 props (handbags), so they can be modified individually as you want.
But be aware, that there might not be material zones, which would make i harder to use a shader.
Dreamlight sometimes uses photoscans, so you might have to create material zones first.
Oh? 'Material zones'?
How would I do that (create)?
(Thanks for the VERY quick reply!)
Those props are indeed photoscans according to the description.
You can use the geometry editor tool to create material zones.
Here's an example of tutorial: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=LbFileaCUO8&pp=2AEAkAIB
If you press Ctrl + 8 to check their topology, I'm afraid you'll probably give it up ~~ Technically you certainly can make it (or remesh them firstly...), but that'll be cumbersome depending on their "design"...
Just noticed your reply! Thank
you, both!
