Error message when trying to load Roller Blades product.

[Error message when trying to load Roller Blades product.] It said an error message occurred and to look to the log for more details. but all I found was this:

I tried reinstalling the rollerblades product, but the same message occurred.

    That looks like a broken/corrupted Daz Connect product install.

    Assuming that the product in question is Roller Blade for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Females then I can confirm that it appears to work when installed via DIM (Daz Install Manager) as per attached image. You can try completely uninstalling it via Connect and then installing via DIM to see if that fixes your issue. If so, you can raise a support ticket to report the Daz Connect version as broken.

  •  yeah, that's the one. and the connect one now refuses to uninstall itself and stuff... looks like I have to manually delete it and then try to reinstall it again.

  • So you right-click on the product container (not one of the files) and there is no Uninstall option?
