Contacting an Artist

Hi everyone!

Just a quick question. I am new and I seem to be struggling to find an option of contacting an author (of 3D models) on this website.

Is this not allowed or am I missing something?

Any guidance would be much appreciated!

    Hi Jen,

    Best course of action is to open a help ticket about your inquiry.  As a general rule, Daz doesn't let us contact directly with the PAs for a number of reasons.  However, some tend to frequent the forums here so depending on the PA, you might get a response here.  I wouldnt count on it-but who is the PA?

    The direct contactin of PAs is not intended. As NetherFalcon mentioned, if it's a problem with a product the route to go is via the help desk.

    If you are not sure about the use of a product, the best option is to put your question in the commons section of the forums, with a link to the respective product. Ususally soemone will find a solution for your question.

    Some of the PAs have threads for their products in the PA commercial products section of the forum

    Daz does all the customer support for the PA's and if they have a question they will contact the PA
