I bought the https://www.daz3d.com/observation-deck--sci-fi-environment but can't install it via DIM. It cancels at 0% and says "Retry". 2 other products from Stonemason worked fine, all from the same order. Same thing with the manual download, it cancels at 0% as well.

I don't own that to check, it may just be server's busy - it certainly lists the download types correctly, so the file should be on the server. Trya gain in an hour or so and if it is still an issue (or if it seems more widespread) we can try sending a note to Daz.
I do have that product have have it installed by DIM so in theory it should work. I have had the issue with a product before that refused to download even tho others seemed to work but restarted DIM seemed to fix it. However, that may have been a co-incidence and it was a server-busy issue as Richard mentioned.
There is apparently an intermittent issue affecting one of the download suppliers, they are aware of an working on the issue.
Yeah, several products for me are like this too. DIM constantly fails to download them. I can't even download them from the website as it takes me to a busted website and a pop-up tells me the file couldn't be downloaded.
It was the first time I encountered this. But the download works now, thanks everyone!
In such a case, you can download the file from your Daz account. I had to download a package that way yesterday because I also had the DIM download issue.And I also had issues to download it like The 13th Ghost Bunny.
On this occasion it wouldn't have helped as the issue was with the download provider, which is used by both DIM and the direct downloads (and Connect).
