DAZ Connect - Last purchase does not appear

In my discovering of DAZ Studio, I purchase these three products:

http://www.daz3d.com/daz-studio-iray-hdr-interiors

 

I searched and searched in the smart content tab for these products... But they aren't there. I know I can install them manually, but I would prefer to use the DAZ Connect feature. Is there something I have to do to make the products appear ? I tried to restart DAZ Studio, update the metadata, make some maintenance on the database... But it does not appear :(

    Select all at the top when your on the products tab. I have a boatload I have not downloaded so I also have to make sure that I change the sort by order date and recent first in the sorting. If you don't see them try available at the bottom and see if that locates the.

    I'm logged in - and I already used the sort features. It does not appear.

    I made two purchases: one yesterday, one today. All products in the order from yesterday appears correclty. But those from today not. :(

    Hrmm.. I did have one that did not show up properly initially.. But I could have had an unusual reason for that. Did you try looking in the folder that the product should be in? I had to find Eva in figures and not in the "all".

  • Yes, I searched in all folders I could think of:

    Scenes, Lights, Cameras, Environement, ...

    I have this recurring problem where my products take forever to appear at times. DAZ is working to resolve it.  Mike is correct, open a ticket and ask them to clear your Connect cache.
