Reality 4.2 missing serial for the registration

Hello 

I ordered reality 4 on daz shopping website and installed it...(Win 64)
When I launch reality render editor from daz menu, a popup window asks me for a registration.
But I can't find the serial.
I tried the "retrieve your reality license" page on preta3d.com, it told me an email was sent but i did not recieve it yet.
and it seems I can't use the support of preta3d because it ask to enter the serial number of my product  
Can you help me, please ?

    you will need the serial number and the order number. My understanding is if you ordered it on the Daz3D.com page you will need to obtain it from them. If you ordered it elsewhere and the preta3d.com website is not sending you the email (check your spam filter or check your promtions box if you use Gmail btw) you can contact the developer on the RuntimeDNA.com forums and he will generally contact you very quickly.

    Have you chaecked in your serial numbers in your account dashboard.   https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/serialnumbers

    Yes, your serial should be in your serial number dashboard. You then will have to go to his site and enter your serial number and order number and activate it before you can sue it.

    Oh ! Thanks to all of you ! I forget about this page, I should have opened wider my eyes...sorry

    The serial is indeed in my account dashboard.
