Elven Hair is failing to load past 97% on daz connect...gets that far and stops dead

    You mean it won't install using Connect?  The 4th generation version or the Genesis version?

    was made in 2012 so the older genesis version

    They're both from 2012

    13843 "Elven Hair" is for 4, M4, K4

    14532 "Elven Hair For Genesis" is for Genesis

    I only have the Genesis one.  So you're trying to instll with Connect and it stops at 97%?  Anything relevant in the log file?

    Not that I can tell...gets upto 97% and lists at the bottom waiting for data (not in those words)

    and sits there doing nothing

    I checked the partial file by opening up the folder, color mats seem to be there fine

    the hair itself is not

    Got the last 3% to load...by letting it just sit there for half an hour.

    so am good, but that file needs to be checked.

    hair should not take as long to download as a

    complete city.

    I don't know...some hair packages have insane file sizes...

    There seem to have been quite a few reports now of Connect downloads either failing outright or slowing to a crawl or stopping/hesitating just before completion. Do Connect downloads use the same Cloudflare servers as the previous DIM downloads? (I know that shouldn't have anything to do with download glitches, but I can't think of anything else.)
