 i bought it but how exactly am i suppose to use it does it automaticly use or is there a preset?

There are presets.

There are 5 preset "rigs" (labeled as such) for each of the 3 preset cameras (Standing, Ground, Portrait) for a total of 15 preset lighting rigs.

 

You should be able to find these under Props > Lights

I take issue with the Metadata classifying these as props, but that's neither here nor there.
