resetting ds to default settings

Ok I admit I messed up a setting somewhere and now all my menus are wacked lol.  Can any1 tel me how to reset ds to default setting?  Im just not seeing it anywhere.  thanks a bunch^^

    If it's the menus (do you mean panes?) then Window>Workspace>Select layout will let you reset.

    Where exactly in that menu does it offer an option to "Restore Default Layout"??

    You select the layout you were using before - City Limits Lite is, I think, the fresh-install default layout.
