Help with Paramaters

I'm working with DAZ Studio 4.9, and an old model, Aiko3, and I'd like to group some of her parameters. 
Is there a way to do this?

In the Parameters section, under Morphs, I'd like to add sub folders for nose, eyes, and mouth, and have those dials available as there are in the newer models.

Sorry, been away a long time. :)
I can't upgrade the chatacter because of the skin texture.

Also, while I'm asking, is it possible to combine parameters?  Like there's 2 parameters, Blink Right, and Blink Left.  I'd like to create a new dial that drives both of them and call it Blink.

I know this can be done but haveen't found out how.
This makes it possible to do full facial expressions with 1 dial.

Saw a product and didn't know if this was something I needed or can I do it thru coding.
