4.9 new install - problem - Solved

Hello,

 

Please see the network issue CMS connection I am having regarding 4.9.  I checked my firewall, anti virus and see no issues.  I am using Windows 10 windows defender.  So far 4.9 functionality is fine, but I cannot see any smart content.

Ok, solved - I just simply downloaded file - PostgreSQL install file.
