    Complete Daz3D noob here. Is it possible to animate the torches and fire pots or is the scene mostly set up for a one frame render? I'm a casual user of Lightwave and Softimage so I'm not entirely new to 3D, just new to the way Daz Studio does 3D. ;-)

    in my opinion you would be better off doing the flame animation with a video FX program. There are a few out there, my personal favorite is HitFilm, it has some very nice flame presets that can be adjusted for many purposes.

    Not so much a one frame render, as a lack of a physics/particle engine to be able to do the flames effectively.
