Exporting *.bvh files to FO4 *hkx files?

Idk where to even start to figure out how to export my animations in Daz to new content in FO4.  It IS true that the CK is not out yet for FO4, but I need to get up to speed on this such that I can make this happen.

The animations in FO4 kinda suck.
