Issue with exporting as FBX?

I am exporting a character from Daz Studio into Blender, it works find when I put it into the resting position but I can not pose it when I do that.

here are two pictures of before resting position and after resting position

The reason I want to export it as an FBX file is because it has facial morphs, blend shapes in blender.

But I'm not sure how to import it and correct the bones without using rest position as it makes it impossible for me to pose and she'll be stuck in T Pose.

Generally you don't change the rigging for DAZ figures in Blender but just use Blender to do things like add morphs to DAZ figures. Generally people use DAE or OBJ format to do that.

There is a blender plugin script if you google it that will take a DAE exported DAZ figure and rigify that figure in Blender. So given the fact that that plugin even exists should tell you that for know you are fighting a loosing value trying to use FBX as en editable exchange format between any two 3D programs.
