It would be better for people to help you if you uploaded the images here, using the attach button beneath the typing screen, as the links you give are working very slowly, if at all, and are displaying adverts rather than your images.

I looked at the top one. Your clothing is not ON the figure, it is just loaded. To get the clothes on the Figure do this. Start over new. Now open your Scene Tab in it select the Figures name. Now load the clothing one peace at a time. Check to be sure the Figure is Selected before you load every peace. If the figure is selected when you DOUBLE click to load the clothes they should autofit right to the Figure. That is the Easy way to put Clothing and hair on your figure.

What dress is it? (I can't see your images, but I suspect you are trying to use Poser dynamic clothing in DAZ Studio, or in Poser without running a simulation.)

Nope I managed to catch the first one once. Looks like standard genesis elf suit thing. Not a dynamic.
