Downloading on Renderosity?

Ok, so I just purchased a file for the first time on Renderosity, but I can't seem to find where to download it. I've gone into my account where the order is located and it just says download pending, there's no download button or zip file or anything like it.
Does anyone know where it may be?

Hmmm, could have sworn I'd replied to this ... (if you seen a unrelated comment on another thread ... ;))
Download pending (usually) at Renderosity means payment has not yet gone through. It can take a minute or two (or three) for Paypal payments to get fully processed.
Download pending (usually) means payment has not yet gone through, often happens for a minute or two after I use Paypal to buy something there as it can take a short while for everything to catch up.
First orders at Renderosity will take a bit longer as they verify the payment details to avoid fraud. I don't know how long this takes, but I think it can be a while.
Send them an email..they respond really quickly
I have the same problem, i.e., paid for rmy goods , got confirmation email from renderocity that funds received followed the link they give in their email to see order status and download and still i cannot see a download option after hours of waiting!
P.s. it is my first paid purchase from then.
Either way, nobody here is saying where the download button for purchased items 'is"
I've been waiting a month. Never buying from Renderosity again.
Even the help is not helpful
This may halp
For me, time frame was between 24-36 hours.
I have never had to wait. The files are available within moments of my payment. However, I will tell you that the first time I placed an order, I was looking for a "download" button and spent a great deal of time thinking I was missing something. As Chohole shows in the screenshots, you need to expand the order and click on the compressed file listed there. Or click on "item list" and all of your files are show in a list (as in the included picture). Click on the zip files to "download" the product.
