Animate2 - Why my studio keys don't work with aniblocks

Sorry, but i'm pretty new here and there may be an obvious answer again.
I've been working at an animation using only the studio keys (i think called keymate) which works great. Now i'm introducing aniBlocks and the blocks completely wipes the other keys studio keys from working. Are the 'studio keys' not compatible with aniblocks?? Even if some keys work, the initial positions i had are completely wiped out for the aniblock.
If i have to use one or the other, can i move the keys from the studio key bar into the aniblock?
Thanks

If you mean that you're trying to combine keyframed animation and Aniblocks ,. that's two different things,. Aniblocks are the "Container" for keyframed animations,.
You can convert your Keyframed animations into Aniblocks,.. or,.. you can convert the aniblock animation into Studio keyframes,.
Only one of these options (studio key-frames or Aniblocks) can be used to animate the figure at any time.
Right click on the empty space in the animate timeline, (see pic) then select either Bake to studio keyframes,. or Create aniblock from studio keyframes
Thanks 3Dage. I didn't know to right click on the bottom in the empty space under everything, i was trying to right click on everything else. Thats where the function i need i is, thanks;-)
I can't change the studio keys to create aniblock. Whenever I click on create aniblock it doesn't apply and it remain studio keys. How to changeit?
You do have the full Animate 2 enabled, not just the Animate Lite that you get after DS has been installed for 30 days?
