Trouble installing 4.9.1.30 Pro 64 Bit

Hi

Sorry if posted already. Too many to go through to find my solution.

I just recently upgraded from 4.8 to 4.9 on a Windows 10 Toshiba Satellite C75D-A 64 Bit machine. It kept crashing on me out of the blue. Log file says error code 10054?

I decided to try and upgrade to latest release 4.9.1.30 and get this Error message that says Error Copying File from packed archive. (x86)/cms/DAZPostGresqlCMS9.3.4.exe

Attached is a screen shot of my error message. Any solutions? Thanks!

    What AV/Firewall/Secuirty software are you running?

    None really... I know I should but I got rid of McAfee because it slows up my laptop. 

    I realized I wasn't installing the right one. However, when I do install it the installation just hangs. It shouldn't take that long.
