I just bought it and whenever I hit save it causes DAZ Studio to crash. I've tried various models and it's happened each time. not to mention it doesn't seem to generate any UV maps either. I'd look up the PDF if I knew where to find it. Any help would be appreciated.

Which version of Daz Studio? (Help>About Daz Studio.)
Are you running the 64-bit version of DAZ, or the 32-bit? The product description says it's for the 64-bit version, so perhaps that's the issue?
I'm using the latest version of Daz Studio and it is 64 bit. Even when there's no model and I click the save button it will crash DAZ Studio.
Got to Help>About Installed Plug-ins, find the UV Tailor entry and clear the check box to disable it, then restart DS and try saving - does it still crash?
If I disable the plugin and restart, the plugin doesn't show up in the listing so no DAZ Studio does not crash. But then I can't use UV tailor either, not that I could get the damn thing to work in the first place. I wonder, can I get my money back on this if I can't get it to work?
There's a 30 days moneyback guarantee at DAZ, so you could return it if needed.
I wasn't suggesting this as a fix, just as a test. I would open a support ticket - as Leana said you can ask for a refund, but you might want to see if the issue can be resolved first.
Ah, I see. well, how do I do that? The support ticket and refund I mean. I've never had to do that before. Do you know if there's a tutorial video for the plug in? I haven't come across the PDF that was suppose to come with the plug in but knowing me I wouldn't notice if it came up and bit me on the ass.
There's a longer thread on this plug-in here http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/83806/uv-tailor/p1
To submit a ticket go to http://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us - if you want a refund immediately select Sales as the Contact Department, if you first want to see if there's a way for you to use the tool then select Technical Support.
Well, I want to see if I can get this to work before I decide to request a refund. Thanks for the info.
