I am more messaging with CS then I run my renders lately :(
Again "after it was solved I am back into the old pc club...I don't understand why this goes wrong for months with my account only? I am member since 2010 and never ever had so many problems with my account, getting real pissed of this drama
Again I don't see the platinum plus discounts....
Someone from CS told me the monthly paiments couldn't be done anymore so last week I bought PC+ QUARTERLY | $24
and they set me back to PC+
Today my paypal shows me the monthly $7.95 was collected by DAZ today..............My biggest horror was, starting all the drama from start......and I was right... I indeed lost my PC+ AGAIN! lost count with this!
I think the only thing for me to do is to make a dispute @ paypal, en let them return my money from this purchases..."after that leaving DAZ forever, and never look back!" well, that crossed my mind, but I love this community, I really do, but I don't wanna be my own PITA
I allready send the CS a message, and I know they do their best, they are kind and sweet, and I try to keep calm and sweet also..... but I am SOOOOOO done with this mesh with my account....

I know this is not the right forum, but for any strange reason I can't see the platinum forum ...............*Sigh
I don't know that this is what you are experiencing, but there is some sort of problem with the website where you get constantly logged out, at which point you will no longer be able to get to the platinum club forum or see the correct platinum club store prices, since it doesn't know you are a platinum club member unless you are logged in. IF this is what is happening, just click on the little blue person icon in the upper right corner and log back in again (which doesn't actually work completely), then visit a bookmarked forum such as the commons and wait for the message that is briefly displayed indicating that you are signed in, THEN you are logged in and should be able to view the platinum club forum and see the correct prices again. This doesn't happen to everybody, only some of us.
I also have gone to checkout and seen the prices change away from platinum club prices prior to purchase, and had to log out, then log back in, to get the cart prices to update back to normal.
Give this a try. perhaps it will help while you are waiting for customer service to reply back with an answer.

You've done the correct thing, since Customer Service do not read the forums. If you can give us the ticket number, we can send a note to CS.
