Warnings of duplicate files

I occasionally get warnings about duplicates of files although I have just installed the product for the first time through DIM... What do I do about this and does it matter?

I remember having those messages, but must have been in an older studio version. I used to ignore them ;-) because I never cared about, what they really mean, and they never seemed to do any harm.

Maybe someone can help if you tell which product gives you this warning or if you pose the log file.

The log file should help narrow it down to exactly what is causing the duplicate formulas...
