Why do I have this box?!

Lately, I've been seeing this box inside of my document window. I have no idea what caused it to appear. Can someone tell me what I need to do to get rid of it?!

That shows the portion of the screen that will be rendered if you're rendering at a different aspect ratio than the viewport.  You can turn it off in the viewport options menu, uncheck "Show Aspect Frame."

Thanks for taking the time to respond. How do I find the Viewport options menu?! I've looked all around. The help file gives no info. I don't recall wanting to render at a different aspect ratio either?! Where do I find that option, so I can cancel it?!

The Viewport options menu is the rectangle with 3 horizontal lines -- if you have docked viewport controls it will be next to the pulldown for the draw style; if you have cube viewport controls it will be in the upper right corner next to the camera pulldown.

Render Dimensions is on the Render Settings pane, first thing under Editor > General.  Cameras can also have dimensions set that override the general setting.

Wow, I'm totally lost here. You do know there is a lot of stuff to look at?! Can you provide screenshots?!

That little icon is the Options box and provides pane/tab specific options.  It is one of the single most useful features in Studio and yet there is hardly any mention of it in what little documentation for Studio there is

I usually just go into render settings and push "Defaults".  This will reset your aspect ratio to the screen size. Not a good idea if you had your render set up specifically already, but usually fine when starting a new scene.
