Filter by wishlist?

Maybe this is something for another forum...

Would it be possible to add a filter in to the website so that you could filter by wishlist? So basically I'd look at an event or artist catalogue and think 'which ones of these have I put in my wishlist already?'. Instead of me having to go into my wishlist it would be nice to be able to stay on the page that I'm on and filter them that way.

I know that, but I just wondered about filtering it down even further so it would be easier to see.
