The model is fine except the hair

I exported the model using the correct skins and assests for each material. So far after importing this into 3ds max its been fine except for the hair since grey bits are showing whilst its being rendered, also i changed her hair light on purpose as well as to get rid of the uncolored part.
Any suggestions? Thanks

I think maybe the gray bits are the scalp surface. DId perhaps that part not export for some odd reason?
i think it did but i exported it in a FBX file as always
Looing at that screen shot, the scalp looks like perhaps it is a transparency map rather than the proper texture map. Texture map I would have thought would have been blond as well.
its not the scalp i dont think, its possibly something to do with the dragonfly hair for genisis 3
