iRay Preview Locks PC

Sometimes, if I leave the preview running too long, or just sometimes because it damn well feels like it, the iRay preview locks up my entire computer. Have to do a hard reset, which I absolutely hate doing.
Anyone else seen this sort of behavior? I'm running a GeForce GTX 770.. I think its evga, but I forget. Pretty much the most recent drivers. Its been doing this for a while, though. Not sure when it started, but it may be getting worse.

I have the same issue, I have taken to only keeping preview open in aux window when I need to adjust the lights, also I find it's a good idea to close the scene, then reopen right before final render. Although I think you probably have a better card than me, hard to tell. I have a 960, I assume a 770 would have more cores. Also I only got a i5 first gen PCU, not really super powerful.
