Parameters Tab/Window - Filter for non-zero values?

In the Parameters Tab/Window, there's a filter.  Is it possible to filter for values that are not zero?

Sometimes I have a lingering expression or value, or moving around a morph or adjustment and it's difficult to find.  In some cases, I don't want to re-zero the whole figure.

Try using the Currently Used group.

Although that covers this particular case you could submit a feature request (via a Technical Support ticket http://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us ) for the ability to filter the Parameters list by property attributes (a new scope selector).
