You can always just scale the figure up a bit and call it the female.

We have to assume Reptilians are not mammals, so females won't have the tell-tale hallmarks of female mammals. Differences between the sexes in lizards is often very subtle, with males featuring more ornementation such as spikes, wattles or dewlaps, and maybe sexual dimorphism and even coloration.

So you can use Creature Creator to add a crest or alien spike features to males, and maybe scale down females a little, slim them with a skinny body shape, and give them a duller color than the males. But I'd like to see iguana-like horny spikes, wattels, etc., to add-on for males.

But I'm guessing this isn't the type of female you are talking about smiley Do the attachments work on G2F figures? You can just go from there, if so.

D&D 4e and 5e, I believe, have a humanoid reptilian race, the Dragonborn.

It's been cause for many flame wars that the females have breasts.

And lo, G2F Reptilian... made a few artistic decisions and dialed down the Reptilian head a little. Also skipped the HD elements to keep the skin smoother.

Toning down the scales just makes her look like some strange mutant human.
