Can the duplicate files message be automatically ignored?

I have my system set up for batch rendering.  I can load a bunch of files and have them rendered orvernight. The problem is, if any of the scenes have the "duplicate files" warning, the system hangs until I click ok in the box that appears.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the offending files, but that doesn't work.  The files aren't from Daz, I got them from Sharecg.  I tried this script I found to remove the duplicates, but that didn't work.  What I am really looking for is a setting the allows me to set Daz3d Studio to automatically ignore these messages.  Any ideas?
