Missing Shaping and Posing for G2F and G2M bases

hey i'm trying to figure out something. The G2M and G2F base that you get free when downloading daz studio via DIM are missing all sliders in the shaping and posing tabs. Like it's completely empty. My friend also has the same problem and none of his products that have morphs are not showing up in the neither tabs either.(BTW; if this is not where i need to post this, please move it to the right thread)

How was the content installed? Are you looking in the Parameters pane, which is the master list, or the Shaping pane, which is a subset (though it should show the standard morphs)? What do you have selected when you check the morph list?
