Custom Wireshaded Color

Hello.
Please tell me whether you can select a custom color for the wireframe wireshaded?

    The wireframe will be the color in the Diffuse channel of a surface.

    Perhaps I do not understand explained...
    I need to change here is the wire black color to custom:

    I did not find where to change the wire color in surface tab:

    diffuse.png
    330 x 256 - 11K
    diffuse2.png
    332 x 279 - 18K

    That is wireshaded, you asked about wireframe.
