Texture changing location on render

I'm experiencing a weird problem with DAZ 4.8 Pro. I have some cylinders that I have applied a custom texture to and used the following settings on:
Horizontal Tiles 1.5
Horizontal Offset -0.60
Vertical Tiles 1.5
Vertical Offset 0.12
In the preview, everything looks proper. When I render the image, the texture on the cylinders seems to have zeroed back out to the original positions it had before I adjusted the settings. Other items in the scene with adjusted textures have no issues with their textures changing location. Any ideas on what is causing this and how to fix it?

I'm havng the same problem in 4.8 and 4.9. Sometimes saving the item and reloading it will fix the problem.
