Yes, the links are broken, we have members of our team re-uploading them as we speak. I hope that they will be up today, but if not, they should be ready by tomorrow.
Looks like this was too difficult to fix at daz3d.com.
Trying to get the SDK uploaded at carraracafe.com instead...
