Orange Peeling Surfaces on clothing

How can I maintain the smoothness of a surface between different morphs?
I keep getting an orange peel like effect on the cloth when I morph it.

It is called Poke-through and it is not as common as it used to be.
Have a look at this video on the DAZ 3D channel by Blaine, which explains how to get rid of it in most cases.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! That made my day!
The wrinkling in the second pic is more to do with your mesh being stretched by the morph, while smoothing will help you could also try adding SubD to it in DS.
I did apply a Sub D.
The smoothing helps, but when I try to send the smoothed clothing to hexagon so I can then make a form specific to a morph for that clothing the figure that gets sent to hexagon isn't smoothed.
Does the bake smoothed morphs lock the mesh in its current configuration so it doesn't have to apply smoothing all the time?
