daz connect and offline systems

Probably a d'oh question here. How the heck do i get my daz connect offline install packages to install on a system that can not be connected to the internet?

    The system needs to connect once so that it can be registered. Once that is done you can use the offline packages without connecting again.

    Well nuts, there goes any useability of DC for me.
